good news, and bad news -
our popular chicken dispatching workshop is just around the corner,
BUT,
we already got only one spot left!
If you would like to learn the skill of dispatching a chicken in a humane and quick way,
and pick up all the steps to prepare the bird for the table, then this is your chance!
The work intense morning will be followed by a nourishing 3-course meal from Olivia Kirschner, our popular workshop chef.
Please let us know, if you will bring your own bird, or choose to take one of ours.
Either way, you get to take the meat home, of course.
Please bring a sharp knife and a chopping board. Apron is optional.
